The MIT position serves as one of the most important members of our team; assisting our management team in the overall development of our employees, and implementation of salon services, sales goals, and outreach goals for their assigned location. The MIT works closely with the store managers to strategize and execute these goals.

Located in Bellevue, our corporate office houses the integral staff that works hard behind the scenes to support the needs of our 30+ salons. Although we’re a small team, we offer a diverse environment where you will definitely have a bit of fun. Positions may be available in our Accounting, Customer Service, Marketing, Maintenance, Operations and Sales departments.
